T-Satellite emails

At T-Mobile, I led the omni-channel marketing strategy – including the digital journey – to launch and promote T-Mobile’s new satellite product (T-Satellite) to customers. I worked closely with the CRM and analytics teams to deliver targeted messaging to key audiences.

This work resulted in a 117% lift in email click-through rates and a 127% increase in SMS engagement during the beta phase, with nearly 2 million registrants. The commercial launch achieved a 22% lift in engagement and a 24% rate plan upgrade.
