Senior Marketing Manager

At T-Mobile, I partnered with cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing communications programs to reinforce T-Mobile’s value.

I focused on cultivating brand affinity and customer loyalty through contextualized marketing and targeted digital promotions.

This included developing strategies and executing omni-channel plans based on data analytics, insights into key customer drivers, and competitive research.

Projects: T-Satellite
In 2025-26 I focused on promoting T-Satellite’s beta program and commercial launch. This included building a nurture series and triggered onboarding for customers plus potential switchers from other providers.

Commercial launch comms resulted in a +22% lift with 17.6K gross attaches, 2.8K product add-ons.
24% upgraded rate plans.

The beta phase resulted in a 117% lift in email click-through rates and a 127% increase in SMS engagement during the beta phase, with nearly 2 million registrants.

Other projects to promote T-Mobile’s leading network:

Promoting the “America’s Best Network” claim in base communications, and the J.D. Power award for network quality (email to ~18 million customers was executed within 48 hours).

  • A campaign to inform customers on 4G phones that their device was keeping them from experiencing T-Mobile’s leading 5G network resulted in a 29% lift.

  • Localization of T-Mobile as having the ‘fastest 5G’ in targeted markets and promoting the network.
